We, like all businesses have a cost of lead acquisition. We're perfectly happy generating leads but when someone introduces us to a client that's hiring or a candidate looking for a role, there's no cost so we'll pass that onto our charity (or yours).

Client introductions

If you introduce us to a client that's hiring and we get a placement, we'll donate £1000 to our charity (or yours).

Candidate introductions

If you introduce us to a candidate who's looking for a new role and we place them, we'll donate £500 to our charity (or yours).
