The brief
Creating a good brief to work from is the most important part of the process.
Tech knowledge, sales function (they're all different), personal fit, environmental fit, package, location.
We'll define a brief we're both happy with and then we'll begin.

If you don't use video media in your outreach, you at a significant disadvantage compared to those who do; we do.

Outreach
We have 27k followers on LinkedIn.
We use LinkedIn, FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube, X, the phone and email.
You candidate should be limited to perfect matches only and you we take a multi channel approach to contact.

Qualify
Candidates are qualified by a 25 year IT sales veteran who's interviewed 20,000 candidates.

Submit
After two weeks, you'll have a shortlist.
You'll also have continual update on the search.

Manage
We'll manage as much or as little of the process as you need.
We handle 2nd and 3rd interviews for lots of clients and in some cases the whole offer process. We're contingent recruiters (no up front fee) and when you've found the perfect candidate, we want them to join just as much as you.
